Everyone at Rayco are great people very helpful and go the extra mile, Mike Lynch was My salesman kudos to Him. Service dept. is great here is My story. I went there for them to listen to a sound when brakes were applied. Was not a grinding sound, They listened to it, put it up on the rack, I waited maybe 5 min., asked what They found, and the mech. Said that they ordered rotors that quickly, put them on with out any problem. I saw the old rotors they had some small rust on them, something that other dealers would just sand off, with out any problem to safety. Whole job maybe 35 minutes. I have worked for dealers as service personal(mech.), at these places some would come out and tell the customer about what was wrong and that they would take care of it like it was such a great thing to do for them, Rayco just took care of it as if it was no big problem, and to take care of their CUSTOMERS, in a fast and easy way. I would buy another car from them any time. Thanks for listing about a pleasant experience from a car dealer.

Always a fantastic selection of luxury import cars. The sales staff is super friendly and not pushy. They have decent deals on their inventory - and everything is usually low mileage which is a good thing for used cars. They seem to sell cars pretty quickly, so their inventory is always changing. The Rayco website is very helpful - they have detailed pictures of every car, specs, CarFax on demand, everything. Overall, Rayco is a great alternative to the area's megadealers, which usually have luxury per-owned cars that have been used and abused with very high mileage, and equally high sticker prices.

Rayco is an excellent dealership to buy a used vehicle. My son was looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and the one listed on Rayco's website had excellent photographs and looked to be in extremely good condition. I drove by and saw the vehicle on a Sunday, when they were closed, and was very impressed with the overall appearance of the vehicle. I called and spoke with Justin who said it was in perfect shape. We were able to do the entire deal thanks to Justin and Martina. They made the entire process so easy I was amazed. I made a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle and when we arrived the following Saturday at 2pm, we drove the vehicle, and when we got back to the lot Martina had all of the paperwork ready for us to sign. Justin attached the temporary plates and we were on the road at 3:15pm. Professional, friendly and fast. Truly a first-class establishment.

Justin was very nice and knew his cars. I told him what I was interested in and he suggested the cars that I might want to look at. There was no high pressure sales pitch and told me that his background was in the service department. I put a $200.00 deposit for the BMW convertible that I wanted to buy that day. I called him to say that I wanted to pick up the car on Monday (this was Thursday) and the car was ready and very nicely detailed that day. Bought a pristine 15-year-old Porsche from Rayco recently. I had an excellent experience from start to finish, from sales to service to finance to Mike himself, the owner. When I detected a slight concern on the test drive, Mike drove the car over the weekend and had it in their shop Monday. It was a minor problem, fixed in one day. I went in Tuesday, got all the papers signed, and was on the road in an hour. I took it to a Porsche dealership in Greenwich, CT, the other day to have a second key made, and they put it on their computer. It passed with flying colors. I drove all the way from New York to Wilkes-Barre to work with Mike and his team. Id do it again in a heartbeat: these guys care to do it right.

I bought a Porsche 944 turbo from Rayco in Feb of '09 after I got back from Afghanistan, so I've had a couple years of experience with Rayco and my experience has been wholly positive. They were very accomodating on some changes I needed made to the car before accepting delivery, and they performed some expensive maintenance on the car and went out of their way to accomodate my schedule and needs. I purchased a used 2005 Cayenne from another dealer (Rayco didn't have any in stock), but since purchase Rayco has done all the service and maintenance on it as well. They've performed non-routine maintenance to my specification, using aftermarket parts that I provided. I take all my cars to Rayco Euro in Kingston, including a beat-up old Volvo 850 and my wife's Mazda3. There are those who claim bad experiences, but they've always treated me like family and they've been in business for decades, so they must be doing something right. Rayco will be my first stop in the not too-distant future when I'm ready to buy again.

Rayco Eurospec Motor Cars offers pristine and desirable vehicles, both foreign and domestic. The inventory is remarkable, with plenty of special vehicles to consider. I found a "one-of-a-kind" pristine condition 2007 Mazda Miata Grand Touring on their lot, and I knew it was what I wanted on first encounter. Great exterior and interior that hit all the right buttons. (Highland Green with buckskin leather interior and a retractable hardtop.) The car has been a source of pride and pleasure for the past 11 months. And I love to drive! The sales person, Paul was a consummate professional. The finance manager, Martina, made the numbers work. The purchase experience was very satisfying. I know I got the right car at the right price from the right place. While I can't imagine ever parting with my Miata, I can imagine buying another car from Rayco. I'm certain another "right car" will show up on their lot. And I'll know when I see it...

In August 2012 I purchased a 1966 Cadillac Eldorado from Rayco Eurospec Motorcars. My sales consultant, Paul Valenti, was knowledgeable and professional in person and over the telephone. I drove about 300 miles to see the car. When I arrived the owner, Michael Budjnoski, introduced himself and helped me get acquainted with the vehicle. Paul took me for a test drive and answered all my questions. I decided to stay overnight and they helped with my hotel reservations. I didn't purchase the car during my visit but bought the car after I returned to New York. Paul's handling of the transaction was smooth. Maritza, the office manager, took many calls from me from the time I made the purchase until the time the car was delivered. They also arranged for shipping which was excellent. We recently arrived at our home in northern California after a 2,000 mile trip from San Antonio, Texas where we took delivery of the 2009 Porsche Carrera S that we purchased from your dealership. The purchase and delivery went seamlessly and I just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with your service and the ease with which we completed the sale with you. Porsche Carrera SMy wife and I decided to make the purchase and delivery of the car into a driving vacation, so we requested that you deliver the car to San Antonio, Texas, a place that she had been wanting to see. Your delivery man was waiting for us when we arrived at the Omni Hotel on River Walk. The car looked spectacular when it emerged from the enclosed carrier. Our trip home took us through Abilene and Lubbock, Texas, Santa Fe, New Mexico, Flagstaff, Arizona and into California. We toured the Alamo, an archeological dig in Lubbock, and museums and art galeries in Santa Fe. A really interesting part of the trip was when we detoured onto Historic Route 66 between Kingmond, Arizona and where I-40 crosses the Colorado River. It was stormy that day and views were very dramatic. I have included some photos that don’t do the views justice, but that might give you an idea of what we experienced. The car performed beautifully and was exactly as represented. What a “rocket ship!” I cannot wait for another road trip.

My, story started when I was browsing your web site. I wanted to look at one of your vehicles and was met (close to closing) by Mr. Paul Markes who took me out for a test drive and answered all my questions (he never looked at his watch). The following day, I returned with my wife and bought my vehicle. (2006 E500 4Matic Benz)

The story does not end there, I was walked through the paper work with help from Martina who like Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. Again a pleasant experience.

Now for the rest of the story. In my experience of buying everything from homes to cars, the true test of a company, dealership etc. is how well you are treated after the purchase. In my case, I had slight concern/problem with my vehicle. I called Paul, who without hesitation told me to call John with my concern in the morning. John told me to bring it in the next day. The problem was corrected, no questions, NO PROBLEMS. End result a satisfied customer who will put Rayco Eurospec on top of the "go to list" when I am looking for a quality vehicle that is backed by a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff.

Hey guys. I just wanted to send a long overdue thanks for the Jaguar XK8 coupe that we bought a little while ago. I have to say, I never thought that a car could run so differently from the trucks and suvs that I've been driving before, but the Jag runs more like a jet than a car. My friends got all excited when I showed them the beast later that day, and my prom dates excited about getting a ride . . . although maybe I shouldn't jinx myself there.

We can’t thank you enough for all your help in getting us set up with the VW beetle for my daughter Alyssa’s 16th birthday.  It was probably one of the best moments in our lives seeing her face when we brought her out to the driveway, and I’m pretty sure it was a big moment for her, too!       My 2004 Jaguar Vanden Plas has been the finest motorcar that I've ever owned.  The quality of the fit and finish is exceptional.  The vehicle is quick, quiet, and comfortable on all types of road surfaces.  Mileage on the highway at 65-70 mph is over 30 miles per gallon.  I only wish that I had purchased such an automobile sooner.

Thnks for the extra key. The 1997 Jaguar Coupe is fantastic. I've been a gearhead for over 50 years now and have seen very few facilities as nice as yours. I was impressed by the quality of your inventory and the interest you and your staff showed me while I did a detailed on-the-lift inspection of the Jags undercarriage. As of today my leasing company has 34 vehicles which we lease to a select few customers. I recently purchased a Millennium Silver, 2003 Lexus ES 300 and have had it for a few weeks now. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I thought I would give you an update on the car - it's been 2 months, and aside from a couple warranty issues (small stuff), it's been great. My wife likes it even more than she expected, and I do too. As someone who is more into performance cars and restored muscle cars, I had serious reservations about buying a Jaguar sedan. But, this thing really performs when you want it to. Most people (myself included) think of these cars as slow moving cream puff cars that you don't want to drive very aggressively. Since It's still under the factory warranty, I have been driving it as it should be driven and it has worked very well. It's got a bit more understeer than I prefer, but all things considered, it handles very well for such a big, luxury car. Also, the engine and transmission are very smooth and quiet - 90mph is effortless and smooth. It's probably computer limited, but I bet it would sail on up to 140-150 easily. If everything holds together (keep your fingers crossed), this will be the most enjoyable car we've ever owned. I'll give you another update in a year or so....

For you to point out the car's only blemish (a 4 inch scratch on a door panel) and then e-mail me 4 photographs of it from different angles was one thing, but to deliver the car with the scratch no longer visible was quite another!
